Krista Mayfield is a member of the Florida Bar, has been a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 2012, and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator since 2019. After 25+ years advocating for her clients in the litigation and trial arenas, Ms. Mayfield now provides full-time mediation and arbitration services. Her experience as an advocate for her clients, whether plaintiff or defendant, has provided extensive insight into the world of negotiation and alternative dispute resolution. While practicing law and advocating for her clients, Ms. Mayfield always believed that the mediation process is a valuable tool which consistently offered the parties the opportunity to avoid risk, manage resources, save on attorney fees and costs, and most importantly, provide the participants with the ability to find a resolution through self-determination.
